Germany:
We generally ship orders valued at 50.- EUR or higher free of shipping and handling costs within Germany. For orders under EUR 50.- a contribution of EUR 4.50 towards postage & packing is charged.

Europe and Swiss:
The dispatch charges amount inside Europe and Swiss to EUR 7.90 plus additional charge due to height or weight.

Worldwide shipping:
The dispatch charges amount to EUR 7.90 plus the additional charges, depending on the country. The exact costs will be indicated in the order form, before ordering.

Dispatch charges are always calculated only once per each order, applying the highest dispatch price. In case of partial deliveries, the carriage will be born by aeroware.

All the deliveries will be made with DPD or DHL/German Post; the packing costs are included.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, deliveries will be made ex warehouse to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Specifications regarding the term of delivery are not binding.

Note: Deliveries outside the EU are tax free!

Therefore, additional taxes, custom duties or levies may incur for deliveries in countries outside the EU. These fees will be charged to your account. The occurrance and the amount of such additional costs depend to a great extent on the country; for further information, please address your local custom office.
